Now that 11.0.0 is out, we have to create the directory for the next major version.
BTW I've tried to follow the instructions in
docs/new-ansible.mdfrom #502. If this PR looks OK to you, then at least this file in the PR looks OK.If not, it's either wrong or I'm too stupid... if in doubt, assume the latter ;-)
